Let’s be honest, the world really does need another sassy gay man with a food blog.
Located above the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood is an aging 1950s apartment building. And in that building is a ten-foot square kitchen I call my own. It’s hardly fancy. Doesn’t even have a dishwasher or microwave. But it has been called the best restaurant in town by many of my guests.
In real life, I’m the demo chef at Bloomingdale’s Century City and a freelance photographer. In addition to the wisdom I attempt to dispense through my blog, I also teach cooking lessons in person and via Skype. One way or another, I’m going to make cooks of you all.
